Project Changes & Scope

On termination, any outstanding fees become immediately payable, and access to deliverables will cease until settled.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
